Fostering civility in the workplace


According to a new book by Christine Porath, practising civility at the office is the path to better relationships and higher productivity.  She identifies five signs of a civil workplace culture:

  • sharing resources,
  • sharing recognition,
  • sharing gratitude,
  • sharing feedback,
  • sharing purpose,
