FREE MINDFULNESS TASTER

At this one hour mindfulness taster  you will discover what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you.  You will get to try out a variety of practices that you can use in daily life.  You will also be able to find out more about the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) COURSE

This  8 week, public, personal development course teaches you practices and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and help you to find ways to get more out of your life. It will help you find new approaches to old patterns of thinking and reacting, through engagement in group discussion, sitting and movement practices and self-enquiry.

ONE TO ONE MIDNFULNESS TRAINING

One to one introductory sessions and courses are available on line and face to face.  They can be tailored to suit your needs.  

 

 

MINDFULNESS  PRACTICE GROUP 

These practice groups are for “graduates” of the 8 week course.   The sessions are small and welcoming, with people at all stages of developing a mindfulness practice.  They provide you with the opportunity to refresh and support your ongoing practice.  Each session consists of some guided practice and teaching.  There will also be time to discuss home practice and share  ideas of how you can bring mindfulness into your daily life.

CULTIVATING EMBODIED PRESENCE FOR COACHES AND THERAPISTS

This workshop gives you the opportunity to explore how mindfulness can help cultivate embodied presence in 1 on 1 work.   It is a chance to explore how mindfulness can enhance your practice, client attunement and self-care.  This workshop has been delivered for the Association for Coaching and for counselling students.
