This taster is designed to help you to discover what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you. You will get to try out a variety of short practices that you can use in daily life.
4 WEEK INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS COURSE
Over four weekly 90 minute sessions, you will explore the core mindfulness practices and how to use mindfulness in your daily life to help you stay focused, reduce stress and enjoy more. You will be supported between each session with recorded practices and handouts.
MINDFULNESS & NATURE RETREAT
You will get to spend the day in nature experiencing a variety of simple mindfulness practices that will help to enhance your wellbing.
8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE
This 8 week, personal development course teaches you practices and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and help you to find ways to get more out of your life. It will help you find new approaches to old patterns of thinking and reacting, through engagement in group discussion, sitting and movement practices and self-enquiry.
ONE TO ONE MINDFULNESS TRAINING
One to one introductory sessions and courses are available on line and face to face. They can be tailored to suit your needs.
CULTIVATING EMBODIED PRESENCE FOR COACHES AND THERAPISTS
This workshop gives you the opportunity to explore how mindfulness can help cultivate embodied presence in 1 on 1 work. It is a chance to explore how mindfulness can enhance your practice, client attunement and self-care. This workshop has been delivered for the Association for Coaching and for counselling students.
