MINDFULNESS TASTER

This 90 minute workshop will give you the chance to try out a variety of mindfulness practices and to find out more about the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.  The cost of the taster is refunded when you book on an 8 week MBSR course.

8 WEEK MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR) COURSE

This  8 week, public, personal development course teaches you practices and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and help you to find ways to get more out of your life. It will help you find new approaches to old patterns of thinking and reacting, through engagement in group discussion, sitting and movement practices and self-enquiry.  If you are not sure if the MBSR course is right for you why not try a taster first? The cost of the taster is refunded if you book on the MBSR course.

Time:             7.30pm – 9.30pm

Dates:            4, 11 & 18 October,  1, 8, 15, 22, 29 November

Retreat:         10am – 4pm Sunday 18 November

MINDFULNESS  PRACTICE GROUP 

These practice groups are for “graduates” of the 8 week course.   The sessions are small and welcoming, with people at all stages of developing a mindfulness practice.  They provide you with the opportunity to refresh and support your ongoing practice.  Each session consists of some guided practice and teaching.  There will also be time to discuss home practice and share  ideas of how you can bring mindfulness into your daily life.

THE MINDFUL COACH – CULTIVATING EMBODIED PRESENCE

This is an Association for Coaching event suitable for coaches, coach therapists and supervisors from all approaches and levels of experience. The focus of the evening will be to discover how mindfulness can help enhance your practice, client attunement and self-care.
